Service Description

The 30-minute initial call or face-to-face meeting is an important opportunity for us to connect and determine if I am the right therapist for you. During this brief session, we will discuss your goals, expectations, and concerns regarding therapy. It is your chance to openly express what you hope to achieve through counselling and ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Likewise, I will share information about my approach, experience, and how I can support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. This initial meeting is a crucial step in building trust and rapport, ensuring that we have a good fit for a productive and successful therapeutic relationship.
