Welcome to my counselling website. My name is Gosia Grabowska, and I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with a deep appreciation for diversity. With my diverse background, I bring a unique perspective to the therapy room, allowing me to connect with clients from various walks of life. I strongly believe in creating a safe and accepting space where individuals from all backgrounds can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. What is my approach?

In addition to my trauma-informed approach, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify and challenge negative thinking patterns. By working collaboratively, we can replace unhelpful thoughts with more positive and adaptive ones, leading to improved emotional well-being and enhanced coping skills.
